Welcome to Bear Creek Church

A Place to Grow, Serve, and Belong

Irving, Texas

The Bear Creek Community Church began in the historic Bear Creek community of Irving, Texas. Planted from a small support group ministry by our Pastor, we have grown slowly but steadily into a family of faith. We are ministry-minded and love to fellowship together.

As a multicultural church—with Hispanic, African American, and Anglo members—we are expressive in our worship and believe in building relationships both inside and outside the church walls. We strive to communicate and care for one another like family. If you are looking for a strong, Bible-based church where you can grow in Christ, we invite you to visit us.

If you are already a believer and seeking a place where your heart for ministry can be used, we welcome you to join our team. One of our motto is:

“We are not a mega church, but we want to make a mega impact for Christ.”

That’s why we are intentional about training and developing Christian leaders who are called to serve. We challenge each person to devote their life to the service of God, with the hope that you will come, be taught, encouraged, prepared, and released into the work of building God’s kingdom.

No matter your past, we will accept you as you are and meet you where you are in life’s journey—helping you press forward in faith.

As the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 3:13-14:

“Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”
