NOTICE: Facility Use Guidelines – Bear Creek Community Church

Our facility is available for use in support of religious, charitable, and community-based events that align with the values of Bear Creek Community Church.
Use of Facility: The facility is reserved exclusively for religious and charitable purposes. All activities must be respectful of our Christian values.
Alcohol Prohibited: Absolutely no alcohol is permitted on the premises under any circumstances.
Contracts Required: All parties using the facility must complete and sign a Facility Use Agreement prior to any event.
Deposit & Payment: A security deposit and applicable rental fees must be paid in full to secure your date. No reservation is final without both a signed contract and confirmed payment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation that does not comply with these terms. For questions or to begin the reservation process, please contact the church office.
